NASCAR Vehicle Past and Present
The original concept of a NASCAR race car was that it should be composed of common parts that are bought in a store auto parts. In some respects that is true, but not completely. The car racing is a high performance racing machine designed to withstand high G forces when inclination curves. Let's see what makes this vehicle.
The first component most interested in is the engine of a NASCAR race car. This engine is actually very close to what you have in your car (provided you have a big engine) but is customized so that it can withstand high temperatures and torque. All parts in the engine of machined within very tight specifications so that there is a minimum of friction. The carburetor is designed to allow the volume of air and fuel mixture necessary to maintain high speeds for long spans of time. There are no fuel injectors in the motor racing cars.

The restriction plate is a sheet metal with four holes in it in the exact tolerances. The plate is mounted between the intake manifold and carburetor. After that, the vehicle should not NASCAR be able to exceed speeds of 200 mph.
Apparently, as the plate boundary would solve the security problem, but many professional drivers have been saying which creates more potentially dangerous situations in a race. If you think about the difference between a motor scooter and a motorcycle can be seen on a restrictor plate could create problems. Many times a motorcycle has a motorcycle accident could have been avoided due to their greater ability to accelerate (a motorcycle can accelerate faster to avoid an imminent threat). It's the same complaint in almost all runners with flange plates. They have identified situations in which the peloton up the cars and the driver only have a choice and that is to slow down.
